wahhhhhhhh.
first time im posting on demand.
sorry lah old man. lately fucken busy.
no time to go out happening and post pictures lah.
but ahhh.
i dunno whether its good to post about emo office issues.
but well.
fwahh.
its my blog and i bitch about everything i want.

hrm.
human resource management.
thats what going on in my mind these few days.
it sucks to noe there are people who see the company as a stepping stone for greater calling.
it sucks to noe that your colleagues are thinking of quitting because they dont feel appreciated.
its disturbing.
seeing how 3 people leaving the company since i came in.
1 got sacked due to bad work performance.
2 left coz they dont feel appreciated by the company
and yes, found better jobs elsewhere.
and many more in the office just waiting for the right time to leave.
as what jackie told me today.
when 1 or 2 leaves the company.
it shud be a problem with the individual self.
and when the number gets bigger .
or rather.
a large proportion wants to leave the company
the problem shifts to the company.
i seriously cant help but agree with that.

maybe its just a case of .
when your biz just starts up.
you dont have the money to hire the best talents.
and when the business gets better.
you have the ability to hire people who can contribute more to the company.
you start laying off older peeps.
haiyowei.
highly suspecting that.
but well.
shall not speculate.
shall check directly with tim during dinner on monday :)
speculation goes nowhere.

its a gloomy mood at the regalia.

i didnt really have the time to travel arnd shanghai lately.

newspapers aint really cheap considering how much the locals earn here.
and look. they have notice boards with newspapers for the laoahpeks to read.
muahahhaa. was just a random shot as i walked down the streets one day lah.
and eh!! wud u dare drink sugarcane from the machines down there? :)))

and hohoho. thats wabbit wong with his kiddos. and ahh. i seriously regret the inform the untimely demise of charlie yesterday. it was quite a hard moment for ernest who HUHHHHHHHH!! so loudly in the train ydae. but ahh. its was pretty sad lah :).and yes.speaking of rabbits.smtimes its seriously irritating when it was a common consensus among all to buy the rabbit. to assume responsibility of the rabbit.and guess what. its always the same old people trying to put the rabbit into the cage.clear the rabbit shit.buying the rabbit food.so much for a house pet.


enuff of irritating moments. and yes we have ernest with his weekly documentary.
