no doubt harry potter was a top selling book/movie/dvd/vcd.
but there hasn't been any significant contribution by her to deserve that status.
credits to rowling for standing by her magical world as she dealt with criticisms from staunch christian groups.
a salute to her for declaring war with the same group of pple by openly announcing the gayness of dumbledore.

maybe i got my perception wrong for that title.

it sounds totally off if she wins that title.

miss kohweeleng (she's 40 btw) is prepared to stay single forever.
even though she has an ang mor boyfriend.
a traditional family with parents both chinese educated.
she finds it impossible for the family to accept the boyfriend.
total respect for her.
not just because she stands firm for what she believes.
but also about her being able to see that a relationship just aint about having a status.

mr jerrykoh just ended off a complicated relationship with a malay girl.
to think he actually stopped eating pork for her.
and he's so prepared to do void deck wedding dinner.

right from the start. i already told her(chris) that their personalities do not match. but since she's available and there aint anyone really suitable for her now. she can give it a try. and should it fail. just treat it as a learning experience. a passing phase lor. no harm what. people come in and get outta your life every now and then. and everything is a learning experience what. sometimes relationships. must try a few times to get it right. get some experience first so that it will be wonderful when u meet the right one.

i do not really agree wth her ler.
i dont think a relationship should be some.
trial-and-error-and-should-it-not-turn-out-well-just-be-happy-that-its-
just-a-learning-experience thingy.
i believe it should be taken more seriously than that lah.
only step into one when u firmly believe that
